Pete Clark fell in love with the Hudson Valley when he first relocated from the New York City area in 1978. Four seasons of natural beauty coupled with an easy Amtrak ride to the excitement of the city made buying a home here the best of both worlds.

With decades of advertising, media, marketing and top-level sales expertise, Pete packs creativity together with the power of strong negotiating skills; all balanced with a genuinely caring and personal style.

When people talk to Pete, they immediately notice his voice, and indeed he has done countless radio and TV voiceovers, including McDonald's, General Motors brands, and commercials for many regional and local businesses. In addition, he has managed sales for one of the world's largest media and entertainment corporations, and has helped hundreds of companies successfully market their products and services using online, mobile and traditional media.

An avid record and music collector, he has tens of thousands of albums and CDs and has continued to host a specialty radio program for the past two decades. Pete and his husband, Tim, were named Dutchess County's "Family of the Year" for their contributions to the area in 2012.

No two homes are alike, and each buyer and seller has unique wants and needs. Pete's secret to success is being the friendly, easy-going matchmaker, connecting families of all kinds with the perfect home. He is the calming voice of assurance in the sometimes tumultuous world of buying and selling your home.
